Nebraska Total Care is committed to providing our providers with the best tools possible to support their administrative needs. We have created an easy way for you to request updates to your information and ensure we receive what we need to complete your request in a timely manner.

What would you like to do?

 

Network Status Updates: To request the processing status of a network update (billing address change, practitioner load, service location change, name change, etc.) email our Contract Coordinators at NetworkManagement@NebraskaTotalCare.com. Please provide the Group NPI (Type 2 NPI) and the practitioner’s NPI(s) as applicable.

Provider Accessibility Initiative and Survey

In order to ensure your disability access is current and accurate, we ask you complete our Provider Accessibility Initiative and Survey. Please fill it out to the best of your abilities, for every service location where you serve Nebraska Total Care members.
