24/7 Nurse Advice Line 
You can call the Nebraska Total Care Nurse Advice Line any time. This service is free and they can answer health questions. They answer calls 24 hours a day, every day. Call 1-844-385-2192 (TTY 711) with your health question. Our nurses speak English and Spanish. If you speak a different language, you can ask for a translator.

24/7 Mental Health and Substance Use Crisis Line
If you have a mental illness or addiction crisis, do not wait to get help. Call us any time at 1-844-385-2192 (TTY 711). Press * to talk to a licensed professional. They can help with depression, substance use and other behavioral health needs.

MyNTC Mobile App
Nebraska Total Care has a secure mobile app. It is free to members who have a smart phone. It gives you many helpful tools to help you manage and take charge of your health. It provides access to your member benefit and personal health information.

Over-the-phone interpreter services are available 24/7, in approximately 150 languages, to assist providers and members in communicating with each other when there are no other translators available for the language. In addition, TDD/TTY access is available to members who are hearing-impaired. All providers (Medical, Behavioral, Pharmacy, etc.) can call Member Services at 1-844-385-2192 (TTY 711) to help arrange interpreter services.

Language Assistance
Translation and interpreter services are available and free, in approximately 150 languages. This includes American Sign Language. Nebraska Total Care has a telephone language line available any time. To request an interpreter, call Member Services at 1-844-385-2192 (TTY 711). You can tell us the language you speak and we will get an interpreter.
