Nebraska Medicaid to Resume Regular Reviews of Medicaid Eligibility

Nebraska Total Care encourages providers to reference Nebraska Medicaid News Release for information on review of Medicaid eligibility. 

As reported in the release: 

Starting March 1, each Medicaid member’s current eligibility will be reviewed. It will take approximately twelve months to review all cases.

Medicaid members must ensure their contact information is up to date with Nebraska Medicaid. If information is needed from a member to confirm current Medicaid eligibility, Nebraska Medicaid needs to be able to reach the member. If Nebraska Medicaid is not able to reach the member, the member could unnecessarily lose Medicaid coverage.

Members can make sure their contact information is up to date by logging into their iServe Nebraska account or calling toll-free 855-632-7633.

Any support for members to ensure contact information is updated will help members maintain coverage.
