By creating a Nebraska Total Care account, you can:

Request a new Member ID Card
Update your personal information

Complete your Health Risk Screening

Provider Portal

If you are a contracted provider, you can register now. If you are a non-contracted provider, you will be able to register after you submit your first claim. After creating an account within the Nebraska Total Care provider portal you can:

Verify member eligibility
Check & submit claims
Submit & confirm authorizations
View detailed patient list
