BH Providers are able to submit electronic authorization requests for the following services:

Community Based Service
Day Treatment
ECT (Electroconvulsive Therapy)
IOP (Intensive Outpatient Therapy)
Psychological Testing
Psychiatric Evaluation

*All other higher levels of care require prior authorizations to be submitted via fax.
